The following services will be unavailable from 22:00 Friday 18 October to 04:00 Saturday 19 October while we complete essential, scheduled maintenance and we apologise for any inconvenience caused: Open24 and Business24 websites, Mobile App and eCommerce SCA Challenge services. The following services will remain available throughout the maintenance period, Lost/Stolen card helpline (call 1800 687 687 or +353 (1) 212 4290, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week), Apple and Google Pay provisioning and transactions, eCommerce SCA exempt services, PTSB ATMs, Debit & Credit card transactions and Open banking (TPP) Account info and payment services.
Current Account Customer Notice
Current account customers registered for eStatements will receive their Statement of Fees by 31 October 2024. Customers can view their Statement of Fees within the eStatement section of the PTSB App and Open24 Online Banking. Find out more.
